Our first Wine Dinner of the fall promises to be one for the books. Meet us in our private wine cellar on Wednesday, October 22 at 6:30 PM for a five-course wine dinner featuring acclaimed winemaker Paul Hobbs’ Wines. The evening will be guided by special guest Carlos de Carlos, Director of International Sales. With a Wine MBA from the Bordeaux School of Management and a global career that includes helping launch flagship wines like Cobos Malbec on La Place de Bordeaux, Carlos brings a worldly perspective and insider knowledge that will enrich each tasting.
Chef Miguel collaborated with the Hobbs team for a menu that includes sautéed scallops with wild mushrooms paired with Russian River Chardonnay, homemade veal ravioli with West Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, and a classic Fiorentina bistecca with a side of Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tickets are $165 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Seating is limited.
